HEURISTIC ANALYSIS
Findings conclude that it is difficult for both first-time and existing users to accomplish basic tasks due to the following reasons:
Challenging sign in process with many errors and unclear instructions
App does not provide helpful information about its purpose on how to complete tasks
Aesthetically, app is neither appealing nor user friendly

RESULTS
Plantwell currently fails to provide helpful information resulting in an unpleasant user experience. Aesthetically, the app’s design is not memorable.
Through research and testing I learned the participant’s purpose, frequency of use and connection to a plant caring app.
I empathized with a participant’s habits and comfort with technology. Gathering information of where a participant gets stuck or confused helped me create an effortless and functional plant caring journey.
