Homepage immediately requests users to provide email to take personality test. Personality test get started button is also
located on the bottom of the homepage so users won’t miss it when they have scrolled down to learn more about EMF.


Initial new candidate profile sign up screen also shows users successful match stories of candidates and employers before taking personality test.


New talent candidate high level profile creation will generate an automated system and help EMF match talent accordingly. Profile needs to be completed before candidate can take the personality test. Candidate will use profile to submit job interests to EMF. Candidate can share their profile on LinkedIn. Employers will use candidate profiles to select talent.

Personality test leads users through a series of eleven questions that will help EMF match talent accordingly. Users are able to share their personality test results on LinkedIn.

Personality test results are generated and user and can choose to share their results on LinkedIn or view their full EMF profile.


EMF candidate full profile. Candidate can share profile on LinkedIn. Candidate can edit their profile and select all the job opportunities they are interested in to submit to EMF.
